摘要
简要介绍了膜结构建筑用膜材;介绍了玻璃纤维织物结构对膜材性能的影响;通过分析研究国外玻璃纤维膜材产品、国外膜材评价方法及标准,提出了玻璃纤维膜材的力学性能(拉伸断裂强力、断裂伸长率、折叠后拉伸断裂强力、撕裂强力、弹性常数)、耐候性(加速老化、耐雨水)、透光性、防火性评价方法。希望通过本文为玻纤膜材的评价和选择提供一定的帮助。
A brief introduction to architectural membranes and the effects of fiberglass fabric construction on membrane properties is presented. Based on the analysis and study of foreign fiberglass membrane products and their evaluation methods and standards,corresponding domestic methods for evaluating fiberglass membranes in terms of mechanical properties(tensile breaking strength,breaking elongation,post-folding tensile breaking strength,tearing strength,elastic constant),weatherability(accelerated aging,rain resistance),translucency and fire resistance are proposed,with the hope of providing some help to the evaluation and selection of fiberglass membranes.
