Summary on the Environment Relationship between TNCs and the Host Country

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,跨国公司迅速扩张,无论是发达国家、发展中国家以及转型中经济体的外国直接投资(FDI)都在快速增长。伴随着跨国公司的发展,许多东道国国家的环境质量在不断下降,很多学者开始研究跨国公司在东道国的环境效应——是大量的跨国公司的投资行为加剧了东道国的环境污染,还是伴随着跨国公司的进入也带来了其先进的生产和环保技术,改善着东道国的环境状况。本文就跨国公司在东道国的环境效应的国内外研究状况做一整理和评价。 Since the 1980s,the expansion of multinational corporations is very rapid,and foreign direct investment（FDI） whether in developed,developing or transition economies is growing rapidly. However,with the development of transnational corporations,many of the host country＇s environmental quality is declining,so many scholars began to study the environmental effects of transnational corporations in host countries,or the investment behavior of large multinational companies is improving the environmental situation in the host country along with multinational companies brought into its advanced production and environmental technology. In this article,the author does some sorting and review of research situation at home and abroad on the environmental effects of transnational corporations in the host country.
