摘要
依据二次配电装置实物,通过合理简化而建立热仿真模型,得到了温度分布,仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明Icepak热仿真方法的可行性,对此后同类产品的热分析具有指导作用。
The Icepak simulation model was set up through simplifying the actual object,and the heat distribution of the secondary power distribution assembly was obtained.The simulation results were in agreement with the experiment,which meant the thermal simulation based on Icepak was feasible,and it was the guidance of thermal analysis for similar products.
