EPOCH方案中三种化疗药物联用的配伍忌宜研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究EPOCH方案中3种化疗药物(盐酸多柔比星、硫酸长春新碱及依托泊苷)联用的配伍稳定性及最佳浓度。方法基础试验:将定量的盐酸多柔比星、硫酸长春新碱及依托泊苷3种化疗药物同时加入不同量生理盐水中,观察其溶液的性状及pH值的变化。临床实践:将上述3种化疗药同时加入500 ml生理盐水中输注用于38例复发性B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的治疗,观察药液的稳定性及患者反应。结果 3种化疗药物同时加入不同量的生理盐水中,配伍后药液性状稳定,但随着浓度的增大,药液pH值相应降低;患者输注过程未见不良反应发生,药液性状稳定。结论 EPOCH方案中3种化疗药物同时加入500 ml生理盐水中是最适宜的配伍输注方法,临床应用安全可靠。
