黄瓜花叶病毒卫星RNA研究进展

The prospect on the research of Cucumber Mosaic Virus satellite RNA

摘要 黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)是植物病毒研究中的模式病毒,其寄主范围广,对植物危害严重。已知多数CMV株系包含卫星RNA,CMV卫星RNA能够修饰CMV感染寄主植物后的症状。目前对于CMV卫星RNA与辅助病毒CMV互作机制的研究还很不深入,本文简要综述黄瓜花叶病毒卫星RNA研究进展。 Cucumber mosaic virus（CMV） is a model virus in plant virus,and it has become a serious threat to crops because of its broad host ranges.It is well known that many CMV strains comprise satellite RNAs,which can modify the viral symptoms brought by CMV.Up to now we still learn little about the mechanisms in the interaction of satellite RNA and its helper virus-CMV.And this review will give a prospect on the research of Cucumber mosaic virus satellite RNA.
