摘要 某机型的风扇轴承座故障率近年来有增加的趋势,就该问题做了详细分析,找出了问题的原因,在几个可能的设计方案中,选择了一个相对最优的方案。批量应用近一年的结果表明改进取得了预期目标,可靠性显著提升,用户报修率大幅下降。 The failure rate of bracket-bearing for cooling-fan has risen in recent years. To address this question,a lot of research and analysis work has been done carefully. The root cause is found. Among several possible trouble-shooting strategies,one has been adopted. After validation,the optimizing-design has been applied in large scale. Application in one year with thousands units show that the reliability of the assembly has been improved significantly and customs' complains have reduced remarkably.
