摘要
宋代是中国茶的盛世,茶的制作在宋徽宗时期达到鼎盛。本文从茶的产地、材质、造型和色泽等,来探讨当时的饼茶,以贡茶为主,时间跨度上从北宋初到宋徽宗时期为要。
Chinese tea prevailed in the Song Dynasty during which tea manufacturing reached its heyday compressed at the reign of Emperor Huizong.In this paper,texture,shape and luster of teas were reviewed,using tribute teas as examples.
