摘要
用溶胶凝胶法制备了单相性和均匀性好的La1-xCaxCrO3(x=0~05)系列材料。X射线衍射分析表明,当0≤x≤05时样品具有畸变的正交钙钛矿(GdFeO3型)结构。XPS测量确定了样品中存在Cr离子从Cr3+变到Cr6+的变价现象,随着x的增加样品中Cr6+的含量增加。
s an interconnector of solid oxide fuel cell, La1-xCaxCrO3(x=005) were
prepared by solgel method. The crystal structures at room temperature of La1-xCaxCrO3 all are
of the othorhombic perovskite GdFeO3type. XPS analysis indicates that chrome ions are in
mixed valence state. The introduction of Ca2+ into the lattice compensates by the oxidation
from Cr3+ to Cr6+. With x increasing,the amount of Cr6+ becomes larger. The electrical
conductivity increases with x, but when x>04 decreases. The conductivity of the samples within
the temperature range is of ptype semiconducting, and can be described by a small polaron
hopping mechanism.
