摘要
中国行政管理教育近10年来得到了蓬勃发展,成就与问题相伴,机遇与挑战并存。从历史回顾的角度出发,分别从学科发展、教育模式、人才培养等方面,探讨和分析了中国行政管理教育的问题及对策。
After a decade of development,public administration education in China has entered into a new phase with all the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.This study provides a comprehensive historical analysis on China＇s public administration education.Furthermore,the key problems and countermeasures for the development of China＇s public administration education are discussed from the perspectives of subject development,educational pattern and personnel training.
