煤与废塑料共焦化基础研究——Ⅰ.固定床低温共焦化特性及半焦性质分析 被引量:16

摘要 在10g固定床反应器中,反应压力0.2MPa、氮气气氛(气体流速0.5l/min),采用程序升温即室温15K/min→573K5K/min→873K停留15min→反应终止的条件下,考察添加聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)及不同配比时与枣庄八一焦煤的低温共焦化特性,包括对焦煤的半焦、焦油产率及热解水生成率的影响;利用偏光显微镜进行半焦的光学各向异性组织分析。实验结果表明,焦煤的半焦产率基本上不受塑料的种类及添加配比的影响,焦油产率由10%提高至12~16%,同时热解水的生成率由2.65%降至0.8%;添加各种塑料均能改变半焦的光学各向异性,特别是提高片状、丝质状和纤维状组织的百分含量。上述结果表明,焦煤与塑料低温共焦化存在协同效应。 CoCarbonization of Bayi coking coal with polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) in a fixedbed reactor under 0 2MPa of nitrogen (gas flow 0 5L/min) was investigated Carbonization was performed from room temperature to 573K at a heating rate of 15K/min, then to 873K at 5K/min and finally retaining at the temperature of 873K for 15min The yields of char, tar and water, and changes of caking property were studied The results indicated that the addition of plastics does not affect the char yield, but increases the caking property The tar yield enhances from 10% to 12 ̄16% with a decrease of water from 2 65% to 0 8% Due to the addition of plastics the contents of different anisotropic textures in char are changed, showing all increased in contents of domain, silkshaped and fibreshaped textures These results indicate the synernism present in the cocarbonization of the coking coal with plastics
