摘要
目的:通过对比Wnt5A在伴或不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻鼻窦炎(CRSwNP或CRSsNP)及正常鼻黏膜组织中的表达差异,探讨Wnt5A与CRS发病之间的联系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色检测Wnt5A及pLRP6在CRSwNP和(或)CRSsNP组织中的表达状态,比较其间的差异。结果:Wnt5A在CRSwNP组中的表达明显较对照组及CRSsNP组增强(P<0.01),阳性染色主要见于炎性细胞及上皮细胞;而CRSwNP组中pLRP6表达则低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:Wnt5A在CRSwNP组织中的表达上调提示Wnt5A可能参与CRSwNP的发病。
Objective：Wnt5Acontributes to the inflammatory activation of mononuclear cells and tissue remodeling.Hence we compared Wnt5Aexpression between chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）patients with and without nasal polyps（NPs）,analyzed its possible role in the pathogenesis of CRS.Method：The expression of Wnt5Aand of pLRP6were compared between controls,CRSwNP and CRSsNP by means of western blotting and immunohis-tochemistry.Result：The expression of Wnt5Ais significantly increased in CRSwNP compared with controls and CRSsNP（P0.01）and the positive staining for Wnt5Awas mainly observed in the inflammatory cells and epithelial cells.There was down-regulation of pLRP6in CRSwNP compared with controls.Conclusion：Wnt5Amay be involved in the pathogenesis of CRSwNP.
