腹部时钟定位轮换法在胰岛素注射中的应用 被引量:29

摘要 目的探讨腹部时钟定位轮换法在胰岛素注射中的应用效果。方法将246例皮下注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者按入院顺序分为观察组(124例)及对照组(122例),对照组胰岛素皮下注射部位采用传统的腹部环形轮换法或腹部皮肤划格轮换法定位;观察组采用腹部时钟定位轮换法。由专职护士评价效果。结果观察组责任护士及患者对注射部位轮换的掌握率显著高于对照组,注射局部不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论腹部时钟定位轮换注射部位简便准确,操作者容易掌握,可明显减轻注射局部不良反应。 Objective To explore the effect of abdominal clock-wise positioning and rotation method in insulin injections.Methods A total of 246 hospitalized diabetes patients who needed subcutaneous insulin were divided into an observation group (n=124) and a control group (n=122) according to chronological order of their admission numbers. Insulin was injected to the subcutaneous tissue of abdomen with traditional annular rotating method or rotation of the anatomic regions in the control group. In the observation group, insulin was injected by using abdominal clock-wise positioning and rotation method. A nurse was designated to evaluate the effect.Results The charge nurses of the observation group and the patients themselves had higher mastery rate of the injection site rotation than the control group (P〈0.01); rate of injection-induced local reaction in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion Abdominal clock-wise positioning and rotation injection is easy to grasp and can significantly reduce injection-induced local reactions.
