摘要
目的:研究丹参酮B钠盐对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马神经元的保护作用。方法:应用线栓法可逆性的阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉,制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。复灌24h后对大鼠进行神经学评分,并测定脑梗死率和含水量。制备脑组织病理切片,观察丹参酮B钠盐对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马组织病理学影响。结果:丹参酮B钠盐能使缺血再灌注后大鼠的神经行为明显改善,显著降低脑梗死率和含水量。脑组织切片病理学检查表明丹参酮B钠盐对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马具有明显保护作用。结论:丹参酮B钠盐对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠海马神经元具有很好的保护作用。
Objective:To study the protective effect of sodium tanshinone B(sodium TanB)on hippocampus neuron of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.Methods:The traditional Zea Longa' method was improved.The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)by reversibly inserting a nylon thread.Neurological scores,infarct size and water content were determined 24h after MCAO,and at the same time the pathological changes to ischemic cerebral tissues were observed.Results:Sodium tanshinone B reduced infarct volume,ameliorated the neurological deficit.Pathological observations proved the protective effect of sodium TanB on hippocampus neuron.Conclusion:The modified model of permanent MCAO is an ideal animal model with better stabilization and higher.Sodium TanB has protective effect on hippocampus neuron of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats.
