成年人体脂率与体重指数、腰围、血脂、血糖、尿酸的相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨体脂率与体重指数(BMI)、腰围、血糖(Glu)、血脂、尿酸(UA)的相关性。方法选取2010-04—10来我院参加健康体检的2004例成年人的体检资料进行分析。结果男性除总胆固醇(TC)外,BMI、腰围、血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、尿酸均与体脂率呈显著相关(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与体脂率有相关性(P<0.05);而女性则所有指标均与体脂率显著相关(P<0.01)。结论体脂率的测定对评估疾病风险有一定价值,应广泛推广,同时应建立科学健康的生活方式,避免过多热量摄入。 Objective To investigate the correlation between adult body fat rate and body weight index(BMI),waist circumference,blood sugar(Glu),blood lipids and uric acid(UA).Methods Physical examination data from 2004 cases of adults receivinghealth examination from April to October,2010 were selected for analysis.Results except for total cholesterol(TC),BMI,waist circumference,blood glucose,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and uric acid of males were significantly correlative with body fat rate(P〈0.01)and Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)was correlative with body fat rate(P〈0.05);all indices of females were significantly correlative with body fat rate(P〈0.01).Conclusion Determination of body fat rate had certain value for assessing disease risk,and should be widely spread.At the same time,it was necessary to establish a scientific andhealthy lifestyle and avoid intake of excessive calorie.
