摘要
利用热重-傅里叶红外联用(TG-FTIR)的方法对O_2/CO_2和O_2/Ar气氛下大同煤焦燃烧过程中焦炭氮的转化进行了实验研究。结果表明,两种气氛下煤焦燃烧过程中焦炭氮会转化为HCN、HNCO、N_2O等。与O_2/Ar气氛下的实验结果相比,O_2/CO_2气氛下焦炭氮的转化时间延长,含氮气体产物的质量分数也存在差异。热解制焦温度影响着含氮气体产物的分布。高温下制备的煤焦含氮气体产物的释放时间较长。
The conversion of char nitrogen in O2/CO2 and O2/Ar mixtures was studied by thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) combined with Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that char-N is released as HCN,HNCO and N2O.Compared with that in O2/Ar, there is longer releasing time of char-N in O2/CO2.Otherwise the mass fraction of products is different between these two atmospheres.Pyrolysis temperature has great effects on the distribution of nitrogen containing gases.The nitrogen in the char produced at higher temperature has longer releasing time.
