槽式洗矿机是铝土矿脱泥的关键设备。文章对其在使用过程中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了改进方案并付诸实施，经生产考核，效果良好，取得了可观的经济效益。
The troughed ore washer is a key equipment used for desliming the bauxite ore. The author analyzes the problems existing in the process of washer operating, puts forward the modificating plan and brings it into effect. Through the test for this submerged bearing shell, the modification was proved to be of good result and remarkable economic benefit.
