摘要
目的 为了不断适应输血医学的改革和发展,积极探索安全、科学的输血管理模式,强化工作人员对输血科工作流程的执行,实现临床输血管理过程控制,提高临床输血的安全性.方法 引进的系统采用C/S结构,PB8.0开发工具,基于Windows2000（高级服务器版）、0RACLE8i（企业版）数据库的运行环境,开发＂血库管理信息系统＂应用于输血科管理中.结果 规范临床输血工作,提高输血科工作效率,有利于输血科管理的持续改进.结论 通过利用计算机信息管理系统,认识到计算机管理信息系统在输血科管理中的重要性,充分应用到临床用血管理中,消除临床用血安全隐患.
Objective In order to meet the demands of reform and development of transfusion medicine, actively explore the safe and scientific blood management model, achieve the clinical blood transfusion management process control and improve the safety of clinical blood transfusion. Methods The system used the C/S structure, PB8.0 development tool, ORACLE8i database based on Windows 2000Server, and the developing blood bank management information system was used in the blood transfusion department. Results The management system standardized the clinical transfusion and improved the working efficiency of blood transfusion, helped to improve continuously the management of blood transfusion department. Conclusion We realize the importance of computer information system in the management of blood transfusion. It should be fully used in the clinical blood management to eliminate the hidden troubles in clinical blood use.
