摘要
文章将政治技能作为调节变量引入到印象管理与主观职业生涯成功的关系研究中,以企业员工为研究对象,以印象管理的五种策略为前因变量,探讨在个人变量—政治技能的调节作用下,印象管理策略对员工主观职业生涯的影响。研究发现印象管理对主观职业生涯成功有显著的正向影响,并且政治技能对此影响有显著的调节作用。特别是,在个人高的政治技能水平下,印象管理策略的有效使用推动了个人主观意义上的职业生涯成功。研究还指出了企业今后有必要对员工进行政治技能方面的培训。
As moderator variable,the political skill is introduced into the relationship research between impression management and subjective career success.Considering enterprise employees as research object,taking the five dimensionality of impression management as predicting variable,the study explores the effect of impression management on subject career success under the moderator effect of individual variable-political skill.Results reveal that impression management has a positive impact on subject career success,and the political skill has a significant moderation effect on this relationship.Especially,under personal high-level political skill,the effectively using of impression management puts forward the individual subject career success.The study also shows that it is necessary for the enterprises to train the employees on political skill.
