摘要
本文研究统计法调节计算中,多年调节水库的年调节与多年调节相结合的问题.通过对多年调节水库丁作状态和径流变化过程的研究,认识到:(1)径流年内不均匀分配仅在水库发生弃水的年份才对水库的终蓄水量产生影响,这种影响可以通过枯水期不足水量进行计算;(2)枯水期不足水量与年径流量之间有较好的曲线相关关系.因此,在统计法调节计算中,只要对于使水库产生弃水的那些年份,计入径流年内不均匀舒配的影响;在组合频率分析计算时,考虑枯水期不足水量与年径流量之间的曲线相关关系,就可以解决多年调节水库的年调节与多年调节相结合的问题.在上述原理基础上,我们给出了考虑径流年内不均匀分配过程影响后,多年调节水库径流调节计算的具体计算方法.
An important aspect in the application of statistical method to reservoir operation is how to deal with the uneven distribution of annual and seasonal water income. It is in turn a problem of combining yearly regulation with seasonal regulation of a reservoir. In this paper, a method of solving this problem successively is presented.Through the study of working pattern of multi-year regulation reservoir and seasonal changing nature of run-off, following facts have been found:1. the effect of the uneven distribution within a hydrological year on the final storage status of a reservoir is effective only in the year that the overflow occurs. And the effect can be evaluated by calculating the amount of water deficiency of the reservoir during dry season.2.a close relation exists between the amount of water deficiency and the amount of years total inflow of a reservoir.Based on these facts a new calculating method for reservoir group operation, in which the effect of seasonally uneven distribution is taken into full consideration is developed.
