分析了机械企业面临的危机，指出唯一的出路是转变为信息经济时代的企业。企业升级的关键是开展全面创新。当前可以来全国推进创新工程的机会起跑。
Analyses the crisis faced by the machinery enterpries and points out that the only way out is to adapt to the demand of the information economic times. The key to enterprises upgrading is to develop all - round innovation progroam by seizing the opportunity of the national promation drive.
