摘要
目的比较不同治疗方案对先天性卵巢发育不全症（Ｔｕｒｎｅｒ综合征，ＴＳ）患儿身高增长的疗效。方法回顾性分析两组ＴＳ患儿的疗效：一组（６例）接受小剂量康力龙治疗５～１６个月，另一组（１２例）接受同样剂量的康力龙与生长激素（ＧＨ）联合治疗６～１４个月。结果单用康力龙组生长速度（ＧＶ）达到（５５４±１４６）ｃｍ／ａ，身高Ｚ评分（ＨｔＳＤＳ）由－３９１±１３４提高到－３５３±１４３。联合治疗组生长速度为（８５３±２５７）ｃｍ／ａ，ＨｔＳＤＳ由－３３６±１１６提高到－２６１±１０４。联合治疗组疗效较单用康力龙组为优（Ｐ＜００５），其治疗期间ＧＶ与患儿年龄呈负相关（ｒ＝－０８０，Ｐ＜００１）。结论联合应用ＧＨ与小剂量康力龙治疗ＴＳ疗效确切，适宜临床应用。
Objective To compare the efficacy of different therapies for the girls with Turner syndrome(TS) in the height increasing velocity and its influence factors.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the treatment effects between following two groups,group A(6 cases) received low dosage of Stanozololum for 5～16 months,Group B(12 cases) received combined therapy of the same dosage of Stanozololum in group A and growth hormone(GH) for 6～14 months.Growth velocity(GV),height Z score(HtSDS) and bone age were measured.Results After treatment,the GV of group A was(5 54±1 46)cm/a,HtSDS was increased from -3 91±1 34 to -3 53±1 43,the GV of group B was (8 53±2 57)cm/a,HtSDS was increased from -3 36±1 16 to -2 61±1 04.The difference between the △SDS/a(increased SDS/a) of the two groups was significant statistically( P <0 05).And the GV of group B was negatively correlated with the age of girls( r= -0 80, P <0 01). Conclusion The results suggested that combined therapy of low dosage of Stanozololum and GH for the treatment of girls with TS be better than using Stanolozolum alone and be eligible for clinical application.Girls with TS should be advised to receive combined therapy earlier.
