分点进水多级A/O污水处理工艺设计计算探讨 被引量:20

摘要 介绍了分点进水多级A/O污水处理工艺主要设计参数的理论推导和选取方法,通过实际工程设计,分别对多级A/O工艺的反应器级数、反应器流量比例系数(Ri=Qi/Q)、反应器缺氧区和好氧区容积等进行了详细计算,并与单级A/O工艺进行了比较。分点进水多级A/O工艺具有系统污泥浓度高、硝酸盐浓度低、BOD5浓度均衡、节省反应池容积、无需内回流装置等优点。 This paper introduced the theoretical derivation and application of the main design parameters for step feed multi-grade A/O wastewater treatment process. Through the practical engineering design, the grade number of multi-grade A/O reactors, reactor flow rate proportionality coefficient (Ri =Qi/Q), and reactor (A/O) volume calculation were carried out in details. Compared with single-grade A/O process, the step feed multi-grade A/O process has the advantages of high system sludge concentration, low nitrate concentration, balanced BODs concentration, reaction tank volume saving, and no need of internal reflux unit, and so on.
