摘要
目的 探讨自体心包片在先天性心脏病患者心脏直视修补术中的应用价值。方法 采用新鲜自体心包片作为心脏直视手术的修补物 ,代替传统的绦纶片进行了 87例心脏直视修补术。结果 87例各类型缺损的心脏病患者用自体心包片作为修补物进行了直视手术 ,其术后康复的平稳度和愈合效果令人满意。结论 自体心包片用于先心病心脏直视手术的修补具有以下优点 :①取材方便 ;②组织相容性好 ,抗感染力强 ,可避免绦纶片产生的感染性心内膜炎、溶血、栓塞之危险 ,残余漏发生率低 ;③有良好的柔顺性 ,机械强度大 ;④有组织活性 ,易于生长贴合。能保持细胞的生长活性 ,随机体所需可继续生长。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of autologous percardium which was used in open heart surgery. Methods Autologous percardium was taken as repair things in 87 patients in open heart surgery, which replaced traditional polyester patch. Results 87 cases of different cardic anomalis, which was repaired with autologous percardium, was satisfied to recovery after operation.Conclusion Autologous percardium, which is used in open heart surgery, possesses a lots of advantages: ①Convenient of draw materials, ②tissue compatibity and strong in antisepsis, ③good strength and meek, ④living tissue.
