摘要
2008年11月,我国《公共图书馆法》立法活动启动。2009年初,中国图书馆学会2009年新年峰会在北京召开,专题讨论、部署《公共图书馆法》立法支撑研究事宜,我国图书馆立法活动已步入快速进程阶段[1]。在对国内外图书馆立法的指导思想比较及国外立法经验的归纳基础上,提出了我国图书馆立法应注意的问题及思路。
In November 2008,the preparation for the establishment of the Public Library Law was launched..Public Library Legislation was discussed and deployed at 2009 annual meeting of China Library Science Society held in Beijing.The activity of library legislation in China has stepped into the rapid process.Based on compare of guiding ideology and experience induction between Chinese and foreign library legislation,the paper put forward some problems deserved attention and our thinking about the design of library legislation in China.
