摘要
针对高速开关阀控液压系统,介绍基于DSP的高性能电液伺服控制器的设计方法。该控制器以TMS320LF2407A DSP为平台,采用模糊自适应PID控制技术,实现系统的实时控制。该控制器响应快、稳定性好。同时也说明模糊自适应PID控制技术是适合于非线性系统的一种有效控制方法。
A design method of the high-performance electro-hydraulic servo controller based on DSP was introduced aiming at high-speed on/off valve-controlled hydraulic system. In order to achieve real-time control, DSP chip TMS320LF2407 and fuzzy adaptive PID control technology were used. The controller has the advantages of fast response, precise control and stableness. The fuzzy adaptive PID control technology is fit for nonlinear control system.
