摘要
对渠道人员素质模型的构建进行了较系统深入的研究,从目前GD公司渠道人员培养存在的问题展开,通过二手资料分析法、问卷调研法及行为事件访谈法,提炼了GD公司渠道人员素质词典,建立了渠道人员素质模型,为该公司渠道人员管理实践提供借鉴。
This text researched in- depth the construction of channel personnel competency model. It established competency dictionary from the problem of GD company channel personnel training through secondary data analysis, investigation, and BEI. It constructed competency model of channel personnel for the company channel HRM.
