摘要
从循环经济视角下,对天津危险废物循环利用发展现状进行了分析,并指出当前发展存在的问题和面临的制约因素,同时结合先进地区危险废物循环利用的基本经验,提出天津危险废物管理思路及循环利用发展对策。
This article analyzed the Tianjin development of hazardous waste recycling from the circular economy and pointed out the current development problems and constraints. Combining with the advanced regional hazardous waste recycling basic experience, it put forward some ideas of hazardous waste management in Tianjin and development of recycling.
