摘要
大学是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,也是国家科技创新的重要领地,有关大学校内的知识转移与知识共享已越来越多地得到了研究者们的关注。图书馆作为大学办学的三大支柱之一,在大学内所发生的知识转移过程中发挥了重要的作用,主要体现在大学图书馆所发挥的协同创新机制、动态择优机制、长效(监管)机制、中介机制及引导机制等方面。
University is an important component of national innovation system and is also the important territory of country scientific innovation. The university knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing have been growing much concern from researchers. As one of the three big props of university, the library has played the vital role in the knowledge transfer process which occurs in the university, mainly manifested in coordination innovation mechanism, dynamic optimism mechanism, long - run mechanism, mediating mechanism and leading mechanism.
