摘要
中国大学管理制度改革正向着"去行政化"方向推进。要提高改革的有效性,必然要将中国大学管理"行政化"的根源揭示出来。本文从我国现代大学建立之时引进的现代大学管理制度、我国大学学术权力的来源以及我国大学的"单位制"管理现状三个方面分析中国大学管理"行政化"的根源。
The reform of managerial system of University in China is urging to 'de- bureaucratization'. If we enhance the validity of reform,we would exposit the root of 'bureaucratization' in the University’s management of China. This paper analyses the root from three respects: the managerial system of modern University which was introduce at the beginning of our modern University,the source of the academic power and the current situation of Work Unit System.
