摘要
多媒体通讯系统最终目标是满足用户各种各样的Qos要求。文章针对几种典型的图象编码标准,如ITU的H.261、H.263以及ISO/IEC的MPEG1、MPEG2等,从Qos的角度,比较了它们不同的比特流结构和编码方案,主要包括算法、压缩比特流结构以及性能测试等,最后给出了实验结果和分析。这些比较和分析有助于系统设计人员选择适当编码标准,以便满足用户和系统特定的Qos要求。
The goal of multimedia communication system is tO meet various Qos reqUirments fmm the end users.This Paper compes and analyzes several typical video compression standards, especially for their different QosParameters and various Qos implementation scheme including algorithm, bitstream stl'Ucture and performance test,such as ITU H.261, H.263 and ISO/IEC MPEGI, MPEG2.
