摘要
合理流压已成为机采井参数调整的理论依据,但无论是调大还是调小参数,还仅仅是依靠经验,因此需要一种量化调参方法指导参数调整。根据低渗透油田油井流入动态关系式可以确定n值,求出系数A,绘制出相应的流入动态曲线。在合理流压下,低渗透油田油井产能可得到最有效发挥。在井底流压保持一定的条件下,井口产量为泵的理论排量与泵效的乘积。以合理流压为理论依据进行参数调整,最终要实现的是油井产能充分发挥,即井口产量等于油井最大井底流入产量。根据该方法2009年进行参数调整136井次,其中调大参数98井次,流压由7.9MPa下降到6.1MPa,日增液0.6t/d,日增油0.2t/d;调小参数38井次,流压由2.6MPa升至4.5MPa,日增液0.2t/d,日产油由1.4t/d稳定到1.5t/d。量化调参方法突破了靠经验进行参数调整的传统方法的局限,能够确保流压调整一次到位。
Optimum flowing pressure has become the theoretical basis on parameter adjustment for the rod pumped well.It should have a quantitative parameter adjustment approach instead of experiences.Based on the relational expression of inflow performance of oil wells in the low permeability oilfields,the value of n can be fixed,and factor A as well.The corresponding curve can be plotted.Optimum flowing pressure will bring maximum productivity of the oil wells in the low permeability oilfields.Under certain bottomhole flowing pressure,well flow rate equals to the arithmetic product between theoretic displacement and efficiency of the pump.The goal of parameter adjustment based on the optimum flowing pressure is that the well flow rate equals to the maximum bottomhole flowing pressure.This approach is implemented in 2009 by 136 well-times.In those,parameters changed bigger for 98 well times,the flowing pressure decreased from 7.9MPa to 6.1MPa,and incremental liquid and oil production is 0.6t/d and 0.2t/d respectively;parameters changed smaller for 38 well times,the flowing pressure raised from 2.6MPa to 4.5MPa,and incremental liquid and oil production is 0.2t/d and from 1.4t/d to 1.5t/d respectively.The quantitative approach breakthroughs the past parameter adjusting by practical experience,which can ensure the accurate flowing pressure only for one time.
