摘要
随着技术的发展,传统的数字同步系统设备已不能适应技术、业务和网络规模发展的需求,因而目前的同步网已进化成为集频率同步、时间同步和时钟监测为一体的支撑网平台,提供高稳定时钟频率、高精度时间服务以及全网设备时钟性能的监测,为整个通信网提供所需的时钟资源和支撑。为了提高各类通信业务网的运行质量,宁夏电力通信网构建了数字时钟同步系统,该系统除为宁夏电力通信网业务提供授时外,还应用于电力线路保护系统。文章详细介绍了宁夏电力通信网数字时钟同步系统的建设背景及现状,论述了该系统在电力系统中的推广应用情况,提出了运行中存在的问题及解决办法,阐述了在宁夏电力系统中的应用意义。
As technology advances,traditional digital synchronization network can not meet the demands of technical, operational and network development.So now the synchronization network has evolved to an integrated supporting network platform with the functions of frequency synchronization,time synchronization and clock monitoring to provide high stability clock frequency,high-precision time service and full-clock performance monitoring on network equipment.In order to improve the operation quality,a data timing synchronization system has been built in Ningxia power communication network.The system provides not only timing service but serves for the line protection.This paper introduces the background and current situation of the system,discusses the application in power system,put forward the solution for operational problems and points out the applied significance of the system in Ningxia power system.
