摘要
在对某长输管道工程项目的三个设计方案分别进行投资、成本、收入及税金等数值估算后， 编制出现金流量表。用“投资回收期法”、“净现值法”、“净现值率法”对三个方案优选。其结果三种方法都选第Ⅱ方案最优。第Ⅱ方案投资回收期８５２年， 净现值１９ ５３７ 万元， 净现值率１１５。为长期投资决策工作提供了可靠的依据。
This article offer a credible evidence for decision making of long-term investment by analyzing different projects of one engineering. In this article,first,the author protract three NCF sheets by evaluating the accounts of investment,cost and tax of three projects of one long-distance oil pipe lines. And then,the author compare the three projects each other by analyzing the PP and NPC of three projects. Finally the author select out the best one from the three projects.
