摘要
目的观察体外震波碎石结合中医辩证治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法将86例无体外震波禁忌症病人随机分为实验组50例及对照组36例,实验组行体外震波碎石后结合中医辩证药物治疗,对照组行单纯体外震波碎石。两组都要在治疗期进行抗炎、大量饮水及适宜运动等基础性治疗和经B超或肾盂造影、腹部平片确诊结石大小、形状、部位、性质;检查血常规、尿常规、凝血象、肾功能、心电图;观察两组临床症状、结石大小、形状、部位等指标。结果实验组结果总有效率96%,对照组结果总有效率78%。结论体外震碎石结合中医辩证治疗肾结石能提高结石排出率。
Objective To observe the effects of in vitro Shock Wave Stone--breaking conbining with CTM treatment with renal calculus. Methods 86 cases of patients were devided into two groups： 50 cases of test group and 36 cases of contol group. The test group was treated with in vitro Shock Wave Stone--breaking conbining with CTM, while the control group was only treated with in vitro Shock Wave Stone--breaking. Both group were under a regular nursing with anti-inflammation, drinking enough water and appropriate movements, with type-B ultrasonic and pyelography, ab- dominal plain film to diagnose the stone size, shape, location, and nature; check blood, urine, blood coagulation, renal function, and electrocardiogram; the clinic symptoms, stone size, shape, and location were observed as well. Results The total effective rate of the test group was 96%, with comparison of control group of 78%. Conclusion In vitro Shock Wave Stone--breaking conbining with CTM treatment could increase the excretion.
