摘要
目的探讨术前访视规范化质量管理及实施效果。方法成立术前访视质量控制管理小组，并对其进行访视技能培训，按规范化质量管理对术前患者进行访视．评估实施前、后访视效果。结果保证了术前访视质量，解决了质量与效率产生的矛盾，提高了患者相关知识的掌握，手术配合率、医生满意度、访视单书写合格率、降低了并发症的发生。结论实施规范化术前访视质量管理是一种科学、高效的管理模式，有利于提高访视质量。
Objective to explore the prenperative sapervision standardized quality management and implementation effect. Methods established preoperative supervision quality control management team, and can＇ics on the supervision skill training, according to standard of quality management of preoperative patients visited, evaluation and supervision effect implement. Results the preoperative supervision quality guarantee, solved the contradiction of quality and efficiency, improve the patient＇s knowledge of relevant, surgery, doctors satisfaction with rate, supervision and reduce the single writing qualified complications. Conclusion implement standardized preoperative supervision quality management is a scientific and efficient mode of management, improve the quality of supervision.
