摘要
目的研究妇科消炎栓的制备及其磺胺嘧啶的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(60∶40),268 nm为测定波长,用外标法计算含量。结果磺胺嘧啶质量浓度在8～40μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.765 9 C-0.052 28,r=0.999 9(n=9)。结论妇科消炎栓的制备工艺简便、有效,含量测定方法快速、结果准确。
Objective To prepare Fukexiaoyan Suppository and to establish a content determination method of sulfadiazine in Fukexiaoyan Suppository.Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol（60 ∶40） at the flow rate of 1 mL/min and the wavelength of 268 nm.The content was calculated by external standard method.Results In this condition,there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 8-40 μg/mL for sulfadiazine.The regression equation was A=0.765 9,C=0.052 28,r=0.999 9（n=9）.Conclusion The preparation technology of Fukexiaoyan Suppository is simple,convenient and effective.The content determination method is rapid with accurate results.
