摘要
针对汽轮机高中压缸平衡盘汽封漏汽率计算,引入变汽温法和数值计算法,建立误差分析数学模型。在某台超临界600 MW汽轮机高中压缸平衡盘汽封漏汽率试验中,应用变汽温法及数值计算法所得结果基本一致,说明数值计算法可准确估算高中压缸平衡盘汽封漏汽率。基于误差分析数学模型计算各测量参数误差对高中压缸平衡盘汽封漏汽率精度的影响,结果表明测量参数中,对汽封漏汽率精度影响最大的是再热蒸汽温度和中压缸排汽温度。
Directing against the calculation of steam leakage rate from steam seal of the balancing disc in HP and MP cylinders of the steam turbine,a mathematic model for error analysis has been established by introducing the steam-temperaturing variating method and the numerical calculation method.In the test of steam leakage rate from steam seal of the balancing disc in HP and MP cylinders of one supercritical 600 MW steam turbine,the results obtained from applying above-mentioned two methods are basically identical,it shows that the numerical calculation method can accurately estimate the said steam leakage rate.Based on the mathematical model error analysis,the influence of error in each measured parameter upon the precision of said steam leakage rate has been calculated,results show that the temperature of reheated steam and the temperature of exhausted steam from MP cylinder in the said measured parameters have the greatest influence upon the precision of steam leakage rate from the
