摘要
阐述了大庆石化公司1.4Mt/a重油催化裂化装置应用MIP工艺技术改造后汽油质量的变化情况。将改造前后的操作条件以及汽油质量进行了对比,分析了影响汽油辛烷值的主要因素,做出了相应技术调整。结果表明,装置在现有的原料和操作条件下进行调整,稳定汽油烯烃含量在33%时,汽油RON可稳定在90左右。
The variation of gasoline quality after the 1.4 Mt/a Heavy Oil Catalytic Cracking Unit of Daqing petrochemical Company was revamped by using MIP technology is expounded.Comparisons of operation conditions and gasoline quality before and after the revamp are made,the main factors influencing gasoline octane number are analyzed,and corresponding technical adjustment is made.The result shows,when the adjustment is made under the present feedstock and operation condition,the olefin content of the stabilizing gasoline is 33%,and the gasoline RON can be stabilized at about 90.
