用傅立叶变换光谱测定炼油污水中的环烷酸 被引量:2

摘要 该文讨论了用傅立叶变换红外光谱(红外法)定量测定炼油污水中环烷酸含量的测定条件和干扰因素,并与重量法进行了比较,红外法在精确度与准确度上都比重量法要好。该分析方法在炼油污水中环烷酸含量为4mg/L左右时,相对误差不大于5%,相对标准偏差不大于4%,当环烷酸含量约为4mg/L,加标量为污水中环烷酸含量的1倍至2倍时回收率为85~90%。 The measuring conditions and interference factors about the quantity of naphthenic acid in oil refming sewage has been determined by FTIR(infrared method)have been discussed in this paper. In the paper, we have compared the infrared method with the weight method when measuring the quantity of naphthenic acid in oil refming sewage, and found out that the infrared method is better than the weight method both in precision and accuracy. When the quantity of naphthemic acid in oil refming sewage is about 4mg/l, the relative error of the infrared method is within 5 % , the relative standard deviations is within 4 % ; the rate of recovery is 85 - 90% when the quantity of naphthenic acid in oil refming sewage is near 4mg/l and the added scalar quantity is about 1 to 2 times of that in oil refining sewage.
