摘要
针对太钢衡器无人值守的要求,对计量室开、关灯进行远程集中控制和管理,提出了采用WINCC6.0通过OPC对远程模块进行访问的方法,对WINCC6.0与远程模块ADAM-6060的通信、WINCC6.0画面的编制与定时控制的实现进行了研究与设计。实际运行中,操作方便、运行稳定,实现了开、关灯时间的精确有效控制,达到了减少人力和时间成本的要求。
Aim at the demand on unmanned weighing apparatus at TISCO,i.e.centralized remote control and manage of light on off in the weighing rooms,by way of WINCC 6.0 OPC＇s access to remote module,it was studied and designed of the communication between WINCC 6.0 and ADAM-6060,the remote module,and programing of WINCC 6.0＇s screen timing control.In practice,operation convenient,working steady,realizing accuracy time control of light on off,the demand was realized on reducing manpower and time cost.
