摘要
利用多元素快速分析、X-衍射(XRD)、激光粒度分析及热分析(DSC-TGA)等方法,对焦作中州铝厂烧结法赤泥的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度及熔融温度等性能进行了系统的研究,以期揭示其本身特性与用途之间的相关关系,为烧结法赤泥综合利用提供必要的基础数据和科学依据。结果表明:该烧结法赤泥中CaO、SiO2和碱含量较高,熔融温度低于1200℃,其主要矿物组成为方解石、硅酸铝钾、α-硅酸二钙及铝酸三钙,因此,可以作为烧结砖、免烧砖的主要原料及道路基层材料;其颗粒比较细,具有比较发达的比表面积,可以用作吸附剂应用于环境保护中。
The chemical composition,mineral composition,granularity,melting temperature and other performance of red mud produced by sintering process from Jiaozuo Zhongzhou Aluminum were studied by using multi-element rapid analysis,X-diffraction(XRD),laser grading analysis and thermal analysis(DSC-TGA).This investigation is aimed to establish the relationship between the properties of red mud and its usage,so as to provide necessary data and scientific base for its utilization.The results show that the red mud produced by sintering contain high CaO,SiO2 and alkali content,its melting temperature is lower than 1 200 ℃,and its main mineral composition are calcite,potassium aluminum silicate,α-dicalcium silicate and tricalcium aluminate,so it can be useed as the main raw marerial for fired brick,baking-free brick and road base material.It can also be used as adsorbent for environmental protection as its fine particle and more developed specific surface area.
