摘要
基于整合的人力资源战略观认为,人力资源的战略价值不仅由人员所拥有的知识、技术水平决定,也受人力资源管理能力的影响。在这一思想指导下的交通物流企业人力资源规划在结构上应包括需求结构、现有结构、可变动结构、要求标准、缺口结构、供给结构、新建结构等七大模块,分析各结构之间的相互关系,可从动态的角度揭示资源与能力的互动关系。
