摘要
干式铁心串联电抗器噪声主要来源于铁心,其噪声水平一般高于同容量的变压器产品。在铁心串联电抗器产品质量得到保证的前提下,噪声都能控制在合理范围内,然而由于安装或运行不当却会产生异常噪声。文章分析了干式铁心串联电抗器几种典型安装运行不当产生的噪声异常情况,指出这种异常的噪声需要分析排除,否则可能危及设备的安全运行。同时也对干式铁心串联电抗器的安装和运行提出了一些具体建议。
The noise of dry core reactor mainly comes from the core, and its noise level is in general higher than that of transformers with same capacity. The abnormal noise of dry core reactor can be controlled within reasonable limits in case of assuring product quality; however, the noise will occur due to improper installation or operation. The abnormal noise of the dry core reactor due to several typical improper installation or operation is analyzed in this paper, pointing out that the abnormal noise needs analysis and elimination, otherwise, it would endanger the safe operation of the equip- ment. At the same time, some specific suggestions on the installation and operation of the dry core reactor are given.
