骨髓通路在急救领域的研究进展

摘要 骨髓通路作为一种急救手段,逐渐成为目前的研究热点。尤其是在严重创伤、心搏骤停、严重烧伤、大量咯血、失血性休克等危急情况下,需要快速建立输液通路以赢得抢救时机。本文就近年来国际上关于骨髓通路的研究热点进行追踪,评述目前三种辅助穿刺装置的特点。 Intraosseous infusion plays an important role in emmergency fields in recent years.In particular,patients in acutely life-threatening conditions such as cardiac arrest,acute haemorrhage and hypovolaemia shock should receive an intraosseous cannula if intravenous access cannot be rapidly established.This article describes the technique of intraosseous infusion,introduces 3 kinds of different cannulation systems and discusses its characteristics.
