丙酸和尿素对全株玉米青贮发酵品质和有氧稳定性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以全株玉米为试验材料,添加丙酸(0.3%)和尿素(0.5%),研究添加剂对全株玉米青贮发酵和有氧稳定性的影响。结果表明:添加丙酸可降低全株玉米青贮饲料的pH值、氨态氮(P〈0.05)和中性洗涤纤维含量,添加尿素可降低全株玉米青贮饲料的pH值,并提高青贮饲料的乳酸和粗蛋白含量(P〈0.05);添加丙酸和尿素均可提高全株玉米青贮饲料的有氧稳定性。 The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of adding propionic acid (0.3%) and urea (0.5%) at ensiling on the fermentation quality and aerobic stability of the whole-crop corn. The results indicated that: treated with propionic acid reduced the pH value, ammonia nitrogen (P〈0.05) and NDF content, and treated with urea also decreased the pH value, and significantly increased the lactic acid and CP content (P〈0.05). Treated with propionic acid and urea all can improve aerobic stability of the whole-crop corn.
