TiO_2/PAN纳米纤维膜的制备及其对腐殖酸的降解性能

The Preparation of PAN-based Nano-fibers Mats Supported TiO_2 and its Application in Humic Acid Degradation

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶与静电纺丝相结合的方法制备出具有光催化活性的TiO2/PAN(聚丙烯腈)纳米纤维膜,以腐殖酸(HA)作为目标污染物进行了光催化降解实验。通过XRD和SEM等手段对复合催化剂的物理特性进行表征,并考察了腐殖酸初始浓度及催化剂投加量对腐殖酸降解性能的影响。结果表明实验制备的TiO2/PAN纳米纤维膜具有大的比表面积,纳米TiO2晶粒为锐钛矿型且尺寸较小;纺丝液质量分数为5%,复合催化剂投加量为1.6 g/L,腐殖酸初始浓度为5 mg/L,反应2 h时,腐殖酸去除率可达93%,具有比简单悬浮体系更高的光催化性能。 The photocatalytic PAN-based nano-fiber mats supported TiO2 are preparated by electrospinning and sol-gel methods,and humic acid(HA) is chosen to characterize its photocatalytic capability.The physical properties of composite catalyst are characterized by XRD and SEM methods.The study investigated the degradation of HA under different initial concentration and addition quantity of catalyst.The results indicate that the PAN-based nano-fiber mats supported TiO2 have large surface area,the size of TiO2 nanoparticle is very small.When the quality percentage of spinning solution is 5%,the addition quantity of composite catalyst is 1.6 g/L,the initial concentration of humic acid is 5 mg/L,reaction time is 2 h,the degradation rate of humic acid is 93%,the photocatalytic capability is better than simple suspension system.
