口内切口穿颊器辅助髁突颈下骨折的复位与固定

摘要 目的探讨口内美容切口微创手术治疗髁突颈下骨折的临床应用。方法利用口内切口,借助穿颊器对13例下颌骨髁突颈下骨折进行小型钛板坚固内固定,并随访3-15个月。结果所有病例切口术后均无感染,无面瘫及涎漏发生,骨折复位及钛板固定良好,髁突头在颞关节窝内就位良好,均获得良好的咬合关系、张口度及咀嚼功能。结论利用口内切口,借助穿颊器治疗髁突颈下骨折,具有创伤小、疤痕少、美观、并发症少、术后恢复快、功能恢复好的优点,是一种安全有效的手术方式。
