摘要
目的研究参芪扶正注射液对心力衰竭患者血流动力学指标的影响。方法选择心力衰竭患者60例,随机分治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组患者均行常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联用参芪扶正注射液治疗。10天后比较两组血流动力学指标监测结果。结果对照组CO、CI、SV、SI、ACI、LCWI、LVET、EF和VI值较治疗组显著降低(P<0.05或0.01);PEP和STR值较治疗组显著增高(P<0.01);HR、SBP、DBP、MAP、SVR、SVRI和TFC数值的变化,两组比绞差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论明参芪扶正注射液对心力衰竭患者的治疗是有效的。
Objective To study the Influence of Shenqifuzheng Injection on hemodynamics in patients with heart failure.Methods 60 patients with heart failure were divided into treatment group（30 patients） and control group（30 patients）.Both groups were given routine treatment.treatment group was added Shenqifuzheng injection.The hemodynamics indexes of both groups were compared after treated for 10 days.Results the CO,CI,SV,SI,ACI,LCWI,LVET,EF and VI of contrast group were significantly lower than those of treatment group（P〈0.05 or 0.01）;the PEP and STR were significantly higher than those of treatment group（P〈0.01）.There was no significanrt difference of HR,SBP,DBP,MAP,SVR,SVRI and TFC between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection is effective in the treatment for patients with heart failure.
