摘要
在自然垄断行业适当引入竞争机制,不仅是市场经济与行业自身发展的必然要求,更是实现行业社会经济效率最优和竞争活力最强的客观要求。电信行业是我国较早竞争机制的领域,分析电信行业从垄断向竞争转变的历程,总结这一过程中的成功经验和失败教训,为电信行业进一步引入竞争机制提供指导,也为其他自然垄断行业引入竞争机制提供借鉴,有重要意义。
The introduction of competing system into monopolizing industries is not only the demand of market economy and industry development,but also the objective requirement of social economic efficiency.The introduction into telecommunications compaines can serve as a guide for other monopolizing industries.
