摘要
介绍了函数极值问题、泛函极值问题和最优控制问题,给出极值点与最优控制的必要条件,阐述了最优控制问题的新进展及它们之间的联系.
In this paper,discuss the problems of function minimal element,functional minimal element and problem of optimal control.Give the necessary conditions of minimal elements and optimal control.On one hand,the new progress is introduced on optimal control research,on the other hand,give the relation of minimal elements and optimal control.
